The current storefront is configured to display free standard UAE delivery above AED 250. Dubai same-day delivery can be offered where supported by your courier and inventory location.
Order processing
Orders should be confirmed after successful payment or cash-on-delivery validation. Customers should receive an order confirmation and tracking details when the parcel is handed to the courier.
Returns
For cosmetics, return eligibility should clearly distinguish unopened, unused products from items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. Damaged or incorrect items should have a separate support flow.
